CDT Level I Tactical Control (16 hrs) Dates Offered: TBA Cost: $395 This is a comprehensive course on the application and use of non-deadly force as it applies to personal self-protection. Students will learn a variety of techniques that consist of low level stunning, activation points, escorts and compliance techniques that can be used to control another person without causing permanent damage. Dates offered: This three (3) day course is oriented to the needs of the corporate personnel who travel both domestically and internationally. By traveling with security considerations in mind, corporate personnel will reduce personal risk; ensure the safe handling and success of their business objectives. Extreme Close Quarter Shooting - with Ralph Mroz Designed for law enforcement, military, and firearms instructors $295 Most Law Enforcement Officers are killed within five (5) feet – touching distance of their killer(s)… Yet little firearms training is done at this extremely close distance. This is the zone in which defensive tactics must be combined with shooting in order to survive – at which integrated use of force becomes important. This course first critiques the techniques commonly taught for this situation, evaluating the pros and cons of each. Next, a new integrated approach is offered that overcomes many of the real world problems inherent in existing doctrine. The course integrates blue-gun training, Airsoft simulations, decision-making, and live-fire exercises. Firearms Simulation Instruction Course - with Ralph Mroz Designed for law enforcement, military, and firearms instructors Dates Offered: $295 This one (1) day training course is designed to insure that simulations are run safely and in a manner that achieves learning objectives. The advent of affordable, realistic Airsoft technology has made force-on-force training a viable option for all departments. Israeli - Selective Point Shooting – Anti-Terrorist Tactics (restricted) Dates Offered: By request for agency or -- Minimum of 16 attendees Cost: As per group contract This class will teach students the Israeli method of selective point shooting with a handgun. Israeli Selective Point Shooting utilizes the natural body reactions to various situations under extreme stress. The system was evolved in a society where crime and terrorism routinely occurs in a crowded environment. Operators have to react fast and shoot selectively while avoiding harming innocent bystanders. Students will be able to pivot, kneel, run with a gun, stop, reload, and shoot from unusual positions during high risk and combat assignments, and hit the center mass of the opponent from a distance of up to 15 Meters without using the sights in less than 1.2 seconds. Students will also learn advanced concealment techniques and integrate them into their tasks.
